Victoria Plamadeala Awarded Suneeth Nayak Scholarship

 

Victoria Plamadeala, a Ph.D. student in Statistical Science has been awarded the IMC, Inc. Suneeth Nayak Scholarship. The IMC, Inc. Suneeth Nayak graduate scholarship endowment in the Volgenau School was created in memory of Suneeth Sanjeeva Nayak, who died at age of 38 from Hodgkin's disease.  He graduated from GMU with an MS in Computer Science in 1994 and received the Outstanding Alumnus Award for Technical Management from the Volgenau School in 2001.
